Pregnancy course (exercising + psychoprophylaxis – preparation for childbirth)

 

  • course length from 1 month to 9 months
  • a complete preparation with a midwife
  • 1 hour consists of 45 minutes of exercising and 20 minutes of an antepartum preparation
  • in each lesson there is a psychoprophylaxis – theoretical and practical antepartum preparation
  • in each lesson there is a combination of exercises to strengthen muscles for labor and delivery, pelvis releasing (with balls, without balls, with tools)
  • during the course you will manage also a breathing technique, training of pushing and easing positions for a good managing of first and second stages of labor (within psychoprophylaxis)

Pregnancy course (exercising + psychoprophylaxis + other exercises)

1 lesson of the pregnancy course (65 min) consists:

 

  • psychoprophylaxis (20min) – themes of antepartum preparation based on a week of pregnancy
  • exercises (40min)
  • relaxation (5min)

Exercising for pregnant women

We offer regular exercises for a good condition for childbirth. Relaxation items focused on body parts, which are the most affected by the pregnancy (a back, a pelvic floor). For pregnant women there are available gymballs, overballs, other tools, mats for exercises, tea in 4 gym-halls. Take your towel with you.

 

  • a combination of exercises on gymballs, with overballs, elastic bands and without tools and balls
  • exercises to strengthen and relax pelvic floor muscles, releasing of a sacral-hip joint
  • the exercise reduces back pains, keeps right poise
  • reduces leg swelling
  • influences positively the development of a child
  • ensures an overall physical condition to manage childbirth
  • prevents a flagging of pelvis floor and abdominal wall after a childbirth

Psychoprophylaxis – antepartum preparation

  • prenatal diagnostics

  • disorders of gravidity length, possible difficulties (gestosis, diabetes)
  • baby's outfit and purchase of tools
  • leg massage, Bürgman exercise again varicose veins – practice

 

Obstetric themes (your 2 trimester):

  • I – IV stage of labor (SL)
  • how I recognize the beginning of childbirth, a selection of a hospital, what shall I take with me to the hospital?
  • I SL at home
  • formal admittance to hospital’s labor and delivery area
  • I SL at hospital
  • I SL – practical training of breathing, positioning, relaxation, exercises after childbirth
  • II stage of labor
  • II SL – practical training of pushing, delivery positions, breathing
  • childbirth pathology
  • epidural anesthesia, cesarean section
  • third + fourth stage of labor

Psychoprophylaxis at Summary lessons I, II, III, IV

 

Every month 4x 120 min summary lesson, without exercising)

 

  • I: I – IV stage of labor - theory
  • II: first and second stage of labor - practical training
  • III: breast feeding
  • IV: child care

Individual pregnancy courses

Individual antepartum preparation for women, who can not from any reason attend courses regularly, we offer individual pregnancy courses, which are based exactly on their demands and possibilities. The preparation is possible also at home.

8. 6. Předporodní kurz - listopadové

pro maminky s termíny porodu v listopadu, v 18:30 hodin, 1. hodina je zdarma (když to nezvládnete tuto první hodinu, přihlásit se můžete jakoukoliv další). Předporodní příprava se cvičením 1x týdně. Kde: Studio 1, Vodičkova 20. Rezervace.

9. 6. Kojení - předporodní příprava

10.00 - 12.00 hod. Shrnutí předporodní přípravy do 1 souhrnné hodiny pro maminky k zopakování nebo pro ty, které se přihlásily do předporodního kurzu později. Bez cvičení.  Opakuje se každý měsíc. Rezervace předem nutná. Místo konání: Studio 1, Vodičkova 20

16. 6. Porod prakticky - předporodní příprava

10.00 - 12.00 hod. Shrnutí předporodní přípravy do 1 souhrnné hodiny pro maminky k zopakování nebo pro ty, které se přihlásily do předporodního kurzu později. Bez cvičení.  Opakuje se každý měsíc. Rezervace předem nutná. Místo konání: Studio 1, Vodičkova 20
