Six weeks after childbirth we exercise once or twice a week for 50 minutes of conditional training, oriented on stretching and strengthening of figure, a retrieval of difficulties due to pregnancy and strengthening of problem body parts. Exercising is suitable also for women after Cesarean Section. Medical trainers supervise an appropriate burden for individual clients. During the exercising, babies are in the care of a child nurse. Conditional training after childbirth removes after-childbirth depression or blues. We offer exercises, which help to return postpartum and pregnancy changes of figure to original shape. Exercising is focused on strengthening of pelvic floor muscles and other body parts with leaving out abdominal muscles. Quick aerobic passages change strengthening and stretching passages. During exercising we use poles, elastic bands.

Newborn Babies Swimming

Babies can begin swimming from 6 weeks to 6 months. We offer baby swimming classes at your home and in Říčany Studio. Classes are popular with dads as well as mums.

Newborn babies not only learn the art of swimming but they:

exercise new muscles
strengthen the brain
bond even more quickly with the parents
develope advanced motor and social skills
